IT Helpdesk
When a problem arises you can pick up the phone and get straight through to an engineer. Receptionists are banned from our helpdesk so you won't be met with "I'll just log a ticket and ask someone to call back". You call our helpdesk for help and we help, it really is that simple.
On-site Support
If your problem cannot be resolved by the remote helpdesk, we will send an engineer out within a few hours to assist. Not all issues are resolvable with something as simple as a reboot or configuration adjustment, more serious issues require a skilled set of hands to diagnose the issue on-site.
Encrypted Cloud Backups
Your business data is extremely important, if you lost every image, design, document etc right now, how long would it take for your business to recover? Would you even be able to operate? Encrypted cloud backups allow you to recover your data quickly in the event of data loss or even a cyber attack. It's one of those things that feels like a waste of money until you need it, then you are the happiest person on earth.
