Gaming PC's in Cheadle

Your gaming PC purchase doesn't have to be a headache, with thousands of components to choose from, it can be quite confusing to determine what works with what and whether there is a more cost-efficient way to achieve your goal. Microton has the knowledge and experience to provide the correct custom PC first time around along with excellent aftercare.

How to create the perfect PC

1. How will you use it?

Most people have an idea of what they want to get out of their PC, whether it's just to access the internet or to play highly demanding games such as Battlefield 6, you know what you want.

2. What is your budget?

Assuming you have a budget, certain components will be out of the question and may not be necessary to achieve the performance you require. Setting realistic expectations from the start allows you to choose components that fit both your needs and your budget.

3. Finding components

There are so many variations of components on the market that it makes your head explode when trying to find the right product for your PC.

It's best to seek specialist advice when building your next PC as the technology is constantly evolving and new brands appear out of nowhere.

What may have been the best combo last year could be considered an awful combo this year. Microton is here to assist you in building a PC with the correct parts and the correct performance without having to spend £4,000.

4. Building the PC

Fundamentally, building a PC is not difficult, a couple of screws here, a few cable ties there and you're well on your way to hours of fun...

But not so fast.

You unbox your components and what do you know, there are cables, connectors, adaptors and screws that you don't know what to do with. The simple task of building a PC suddenly doesn't look so simple and you don't want to risk breaking expensive components.

Microton can take your components and build the PC for you, even if you bought the components elsewhere. The only downside is that we can't offer warranty on a build which has outsourced parts but we can still offer support if anything goes wrong afterwards.

5. Contacting the experts

Once you have some idea of what you want to get out of your PC and what your budget is, get in touch with us and we will be happy to assist.

If you have any preferences such as a specific PC case, a specific processor etc. then we can help you figure out what is going to work with those parts.
